Classes Offered Schedule Tuition

This is a one hour combination dance and gymnastics class. Basic ballet and tap are introduced using fun props and great music. Timing and rhythm are taught using a variety of creative instruments. During the gymnastics portion of the class, we teach all events using appropriate sized equipment for safety and maximum skill development. All of our classes are lesson planned to ensure proper progressions are taught.

The goals of this program are to develop:

Rhythm

Dress attire:
T-shirt and shorts or leotard
Bare feet are best - we don't want anyone to slip. (ballet slippers just get in the way)
Hair:
Please keep pony tails low
Braids are good
Barrettes and bulky pony tail holders are painful during the gymnastics portion of the class (example: forward rolls)
