Information
Time
Coverage:
We open every day at 7:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m. Our schedule is set
up to accommodate track schedules for year round school, traditional school and
kindergarten for the Boise School Districts. Our Kindergarten Day Camp will provide
care for your child before school, if needed, and after school until 6:00 p.m. Special
Day Openings: We are also
open during school holidays, teacher in-services, Spring break, and Christmas
Break (except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year's day). NO
Extra Charges for NO SCHOOL DAYS & EARLY RELEASE DAYS

Activities:
Our day camp offers the children a safe,
fun, and exciting learning experience.
We provide a snack in the afternoon. We have planned activities for our students
which could include:

Transportation We
transport children for all our programs.
Our kindergarten Day Camp will provide care for your
child before school, if needed, and after school until 6:00 p.m. We will transport
the children to and from school for kindergarten. Our before and after school
day camp transports your child to and from school, returning them to the gym and
providing care until 6:00 p.m.  |

contact us for a list of additional schools. We are hoping to add several more
schools if we get enough interest. We can put your name on a waiting list and
will transport your school when we have 5 children.
Discounts
Extra Curricular Discount: During Camp Hours: We give a discount if your
child would like to take gymnastics, dance or tumbling classes during day camp
hours. The discount depends on the number of days per week you are enrolled in
day camp; 2 days = 20 %, 3 days = 30% and so on. Sibling
Discounts Available: Only ONE tuition in your family pays full price. ALL
lesser tuitions in your family are discounted at the Sibling Discount. Electronic
Funds Transfer (EFT): Have your monthly bill taken directly from your checking
account and receive and EFT discount off your total bill. (27th of previous month)
Registration
Fees An annual registration
fee: $25.00 / child or $50.00 / family
Child Safety ID cards $17.00 for the first child
cards for additional children $12.00 each
Policies
PAYMENT POLICY:
-
Tuition payment is for one (1) month. Payment
is due by the 1st of the month. We do not pro-rate currently enrolled students.
Have your monthly bill taken out of your account directly (EFT) and receive an
EFT discount on your entire bill. EFT payments are taken out on the 27th of the
previous month. -
A late fee of $15.00 will be
added to accounts not paid by the 5th of the month. -
A
$20.00 fee will be added to returned checks. -
We
reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid accounts. -
You
are enrolled from your starting date through the end of May. You are responsible
to pay for all programs in which you have enrolled. A 2 Week written notice must
be given by the 20th of the previous month to make changes or withdraw from the
program which you have enrolled. -
Once funds
are put into the system, GSGA will credit 100% of any unused funds in any other
program or the store for up to six (6) months. No cash refunds will be given. -
Registration and Deposit fees are non-refundable. -
Anyone on EFT must sign up for three (3) months before they
can be removed from EFT. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for withdrawing
from EFT early, plus all discounts are lost. Written notice must be received by
the 20th of the month to cancel EFT. If the deadline is missed, no refunds will
be given; however, we will credit your account to be used in any other program
(including store). -
All discounts are lost when
accounts go into past due status. PARENT
PICK UP: Those children remaining after 6:00 p.m. will be charged
$5.00 for every ten (10) minutes, until the child is picked up. Each child must
be signed out by a responsible adult whose name appears on the registration form.
