High Carbohydrate with a little protein Smaller portion of high carbohydrate food
1c yogurt ¼ or ½ piece of fruit
1c. soup & bread stick dried fruit (3-4 pieces)
6 crackers & string cheese ginger snaps
English muffin pizza angel food cake
Fruit Smoothie graham crackers
peanut butter and celery carrot sticks
small frozen yogurt potato wedges
½ sandwich & milk cinnamon graham teddy's
sports bar frozen fruit
frozen fruit bar sports bar
cereal & milk ½ bagel
juice box dry cereal
